These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Axion platform and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Axion provides a conversational-intelligence platform that qualifies, scores, and routes inbound WhatsApp conversations. Features may change over time as the product evolves.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- Workspace administrators are responsible for managing their team's access and roles.
- You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful, task-specific business purposes consistent with the WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
- Do not attempt to operate general-purpose or open-domain chatbots through the Service.
- Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its security.
4. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you and your leads submit. You grant Axion the rights necessary to process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service operates alongside WhatsApp and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms, and their availability is outside our control.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order. AI-token allowances and usage are governed by your plan.
7. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axion disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability as set out in your agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order. On termination, access to the Service ends and data is handled per the DPA.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
